To connect the MAJORITY TETON Bluetooth Soundbar to your TV, you have several options depending on the available ports on your TV. Here are the steps for each connection method:
1. Bluetooth Connection:
- Press the POWER button on the soundbar or remote control to turn on the unit.
- Press the INPUT button repeatedly on the remote control or soundbar until Bluetooth mode is selected (indicated by a flashing blue light).
- On your Bluetooth device, select "Majority Teton" when prompted to choose a Bluetooth device.
- If required, enter the password "0000" to pair the devices.
- Once successfully connected, a beep will sound from the unit and a solid blue light will be displayed.
2. Optical Connection:
- Connect one end of a Digital Optical Audio cable (included) to the optical output on your TV.
- Connect the other end of the cable to the Optical Input on the soundbar.
- Press the POWER button on the side panel or remote control to turn on the unit.
- Press the INPUT button repeatedly on the soundbar or remote control until Optical mode is selected (indicated by a yellow light).
3. RCA Connection:
- Use the RCA Stereo Audio Cable (included) to connect your TV's stereo RCA(L/R) audio output socket to the RCA(L/R) sockets on the soundbar.
- Press the POWER button on the side panel or remote control to turn on the unit.
- Press the INPUT button on the remote control or soundbar to choose the AUX function.
4. ARC (HDMI) Connection:
- Connect the HDMI cable (included) to the HDMI ARC connector on the back of the soundbar and the HDMI (ARC) connector on your TV.
- Press the POWER button on the side panel or remote control to turn on the unit.
- If there is no audio output and the indicator light is flashing quickly, check the audio output mode on your source device (TV, CD player, etc.) and set it to PCM. Alternatively, turn off the sound source output.
