To adjust the handlebar height on the KneeRover scooter, follow these steps:
1. Locate the xxxx on top of the handlebar.
2. Loosen the xxxx by turning it counterclockwise.
3. Adjust the handlebar to the desired height.
4. Once the handlebar is at the desired height, tighten the xxxx by turning it clockwise.
5. Ensure that your arms and hands are in a comfortable position before riding.
