To pair the Monster DNA GO Earbuds to your Bluetooth device, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the earbuds are removed from the charging case and turned on. If they are powered off, press and hold the (MFB) button on either earphone for 2 seconds to power them on.
2. On your Bluetooth device (phone, tablet, etc.), go to the "Bluetooth" settings.
3. Turn on Bluetooth on your device.
4. Open the charging case and take the earbuds out. They will turn on automatically and enter Bluetooth pairing mode if it's your first time using them.
5. On your device's Bluetooth menu, select the 'Monster DNA Go' earbuds from the list of available devices.
6. If you want to pair the earbuds to a different Bluetooth device, disconnect from the DNA GO or turn off Bluetooth pairing on your original device. Then remove the earbuds from the case, and they will enter pairing mode automatically.
If the earbuds do not connect to your device, try placing them back in the charging case, turning your device's Bluetooth off and then back on, and repeating the pairing process. If they still don't connect, you can try a factory reset by following the instructions provided in the manual.
Please note that the earbuds are designed to automatically sync to each other when they are turned on. If they fail to sync, put both earbuds back into the charging case and try a factory reset.
