To connect the ZUMIMALL ZS-GX1S Wireless Outdoor Security Camera to the app, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure your phone is connected to the same 2.4G Wi-Fi network that you want to connect the camera to. The camera only works with 2.4G Wi-Fi and does not support 5G.
2. Open the ZUMIMALL app on your phone.
3. Tap on the "Add Camera" option in the device menu.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to put the camera into pairing mode. This usually involves pressing and holding the reset button on the camera for 5-10 seconds until you hear a sound.
5. Once the camera is in pairing mode, the app will prompt you to enter your Wi-Fi network password. Enter the password and tap "Next" to proceed.
6. The app will then attempt to connect the camera to your Wi-Fi network. This process may take a few minutes. Please make sure you have a stable internet connection during this time.
7. Once the camera is successfully connected to your Wi-Fi network, you will see a notification on the app confirming the connection.
8. You can now access and control the camera through the ZUMIMALL app. You can view live video, adjust settings, and receive motion detection alerts.
