To pair a Bluetooth headset or mobile phone with the Poly Edge E400 Series IP Desk Phones, follow these steps:
1. Make sure that the Bluetooth feature is enabled on your headset or mobile phone.
2. On the Poly Edge E450 model, go to the Settings menu by pressing the Home button and navigating to the Settings icon using the navigation keys. On the main display, select "Settings" and then "Bluetooth".
3. On the Bluetooth settings screen, select "Pair New Device".
4. On your headset or mobile phone, initiate the pairing process. This process may vary depending on the device, so refer to the device's user manual for specific instructions.
5. On the Poly Edge E450, the phone will search for nearby Bluetooth devices. When your headset or mobile phone appears in the list of available devices, select it.
6. Follow any additional prompts or instructions on both the Poly Edge E450 and your headset or mobile phone to complete the pairing process.
7. Once the pairing is successful, you should see a confirmation message on the Poly Edge E450's display.
Note: The Poly Edge E400 model does not have built-in Bluetooth capability, so it cannot be paired with Bluetooth devices.
