To assemble the Kidz Robotix 5576 Table Top Robot, follow these steps:
1. Place the chassis with the motor installed on your work surface, ensuring it is oriented the same way as shown in the diagram.
2. Insert one of the axles (Part J) into the hole next to the large gear wheel in the chassis.
3. Slide one of the gears (Part K) onto the axle, making sure it interlocks with the large gear wheel.
4. Push the other axle into the hole in the motor recess, next to the first gear.
5. Slide another gear onto the second axle, ensuring it interlocks with the first gear and the worm gear of the motor.
6. Slot the battery case into place on top of the chassis, ensuring the axles fit into the two holes on the underside of the case.
7. Secure the battery case with two screws (Part G).
8. Connect the red wire from the battery case and the red wire from the motor into one of the terminals.
9. Push in a terminal cap (Part I) to trap and connect the wires.
10. Connect the black wire from the battery case and the black wire from the switch into the other terminal.
11. Push in a terminal cap to trap and connect the wires.
12. Make sure the switch is off.
13. Insert a 1.5V AA battery into the battery case, ensuring the negative terminal (flat end) touches the spring in the battery case.
14. Put the transparent cover over the battery case and fit it into the two slots at the rear of the chassis.
15. Hold the metal wire antenna (Part H) in place and attach it, along with the transparent cover, to the battery case using a washer xxxx (Part F). Adjust the angle of the antenna as desired.
16. Clip four legs into one end of the chassis.
17. Clip four legs into the other end of the chassis.
18. Clip the two claws onto the chassis.
