To connect the Arteck HW197 2.4G Wireless Touch TV Keyboard to your TV or PC, follow these steps:
1. Plug the 2.4GHz USB receiver into an available USB port on your TV, PC, or laptop.
2. Install 2 AAA batteries (not included) into the keyboard.
3. Turn on the power switch located on the backside of the keyboard.
4. Within 3 seconds, the keyboard should automatically connect to the USB receiver. If the connection fails, press the "Fn" key and the "F1" key together to pair the keyboard manually.
Please note that the range of the 2.4G wireless keyboard is up to 33 feet, so make sure the USB receiver is within range of the keyboard for a successful connection.
