To select the mode and intensity on the AUVON 24 Modes Dual Channel TENS EMS Unit Muscle Stimulator, follow these steps:
1. Main Mode Selection: Press the "M" button to cycle through the available modes. Each press will change the mode displayed on the screen.
2. Sub-mode Selection: After selecting the main mode, press the button corresponding to the sub-mode you want to use. The available sub-modes will depend on the main mode selected.
3. Intensity Adjustment for Channel A: Press the left "A/v" button to increase the intensity for Channel A. Press the button multiple times to adjust the intensity level.
4. Intensity Adjustment for Channel B: Press the right "A/v" button to increase the intensity for Channel B. Press the button multiple times to adjust the intensity level.
5. Timer Setting: Press the "T" button to set the desired treatment time. Each press will increase the time in increments, and you can cycle through the available options.
6. Lock Function: To lock the settings and prevent accidental changes, long-press the round button. This will activate the lock feature.
