To assemble and install the , please follow these steps:
1. Read the safety warnings in the instruction manual thoroughly before starting the assembly process.
2. Ensure that the product is suitable for connection to a 220-240V~ 50Hz supply. It is designed for indoor use only and should not be used in a bathroom.
3. As this fitting is a Class II, Double Insulated product, it does not require an Earth connection. Do not connect the Live or Neutral wires to Earth.
4. Before plugging in or using the product, make sure it is fully assembled. Disconnect it from the mains during assembly or maintenance. Place the desk light on a stable and flat surface.
5. Never cover the lamp with any material, as it can pose a safety hazard.
6. This product is not suitable for persons under 14 years of age.
7. Handle and maintain the product with care to avoid breakage of delicate parts.
8. The lamp must be protected by a 3 amp fuse in the mains plug.
9. Only use bulbs with wattage specified on the label, as using higher wattage bulbs may damage the fitting.
10. Do not put anything on the product or hang anything on any part of it.
11. If the external flexible cable or cord of the luminaire is damaged, it should only be replaced by a qualified electrician to avoid electrical hazards.
