To install and use the ACR39U-U1 USB Type A Smart Card Reader, please follow the steps below:
1. Connect the smart card reader to your computer's USB port using the provided USB cable.
2. Wait for your computer to recognize the device and automatically install the necessary drivers. If the drivers are not automatically installed, you can download them from the manufacturer's website (www.acs.com.hk) and install them manually.
3. Once the drivers are installed, you can start using the smart card reader.
To use the smart card reader, follow these steps:
1. Insert your smart card into the card slot of the reader. Make sure the card is inserted correctly and securely.
2. Depending on the application you are using, you may need to install additional software or drivers specific to that application. Please refer to the documentation or support resources provided by the application for instructions on how to proceed.
3. Once your smart card is inserted and any necessary software is installed, you can use the smart card reader to perform various functions such as accessing secure websites, signing documents digitally, or authenticating your identity.
Please note that the ACR39U-U1 supports a wide range of smart cards, including ISO 7816 Class A, B, and C smart cards, microprocessor cards with T=0 and T=1 protocol, and various memory cards.
