To set up your Echo Dot Speaker with Clock, follow these steps:
1. Download the Alexa app from your app store on your smartphone or tablet.
2. Log in with your existing Amazon account username and password. If you don't have an account, create a new one.
3. Make sure your phone's Bluetooth capability is turned on and have your Wi-Fi password ready.
4. Plug in your Echo Dot Speaker with Clock using the included power adaptor. A blue light ring will spin around the bottom of the device.
5. Wait for about a minute until Alexa tells you to complete the setup in the app.
6. If you aren't prompted to set up your device after opening the Alexa app, tap the More icon to add your device manually.
7. The app will guide you through the setup process and help you get the most out of your Echo Dot Speaker with Clock. It allows you to set up calling and messaging, manage music, lists, settings, and news.
