To clean the water tanks of the Rug Doctor TDC-1 Deep Carpet Cleaner, follow these steps:
1. Remove the dirty water tank and the clean water tank from the machine.
2. Carry the tanks to the sink and rinse both tanks out with water.
3. Allow the tanks to dry thoroughly to prevent odor when stored.
4. After rinsing and drying both tanks, place them back onto the machine and lock them in place.
5. Ensure that the caps are securely on the tanks.
6. Wrap the cord around the cord wrap for storage.
