To set up the JETTING MJet V3 Fibre Blowing Machine, follow these steps:

1. Determine the fiber size: Determine the size of the fiber cable that you will be installing.

2. Select cable seal and pipe: Choose the appropriate cable seal and air block for your specific application based on the pipe and cable size.

3. Install cable seal and cable in air block: Position the cable seal on the fiber cable, ensuring that the seal lip is facing the pipe end. Then, install the cable seal in the bottom half of the air block.

4. Install pipe: Place the cable seal over the cable and position the pipe properly in the bottom half of the air block. Make sure there is enough length of pipe available to avoid strain. Secure the configuration by installing the top half of the air block and pressing firmly together.

5. Install pipe and fiber in blower: Loosen the xxxx on the air block assembly, open the air block cover, and insert the pipe into the air block. Close the air block cover and hand tighten the xxxx to secure.

6. Install cable in belt drive and tighten: Adjust the rear guide and measurement wheel to fit the cable. Insert the pipe assembly into the air block and tighten the xxxx . Feed the cable between the belt drive and through the rear fiber guide. Tighten the belt drive using the down xxxx xxxx until the belts no longer slip. Do not over tighten.

9. Verify adjustable push force: Set the adjustable push force to the established crash test value and ensure the speed is at the minimum.

10. Engage the belt drive: Slowly increase the air pressure to engage the belt drive in the forward direction. Install the fiber into the pipe using push only until the installation has slowed. Do not exceed 6 bars of pressure.

11. Engage air: Slowly open the air control valve to allow air flow to the air block. Adjust the speed using the pressure setting dial to ensure smooth installation.

12. Install fiber: Guide the fiber cable into the machine and maintain control over the fiber by applying back tension at the cable entrance.
