To connect and use the FLO-DYNAMICS LPLT-100 EV Battery Pack Leak Tester, please follow these steps:
1. Connect the tester to shop air with a pressure between 75-175 psi.
2. Turn the control xxxx to the "TEST" position.
3. Connect the pressure supply hose to the system being tested.
4. Wait for the flow meter ball to stop descending, which indicates the leak size.
5. For pressure decay testing, turn the control xxxx to the "DECAY/OFF" position and view the gauge.
Please note that moisture may occasionally be present from the moisture separator's drain located on the bottom of the tester, which is normal.
