To assemble the anko HEG30MBB 30cm Bench Fan, follow these steps:

1. Start by fixing the Fan Head to the Base. Locate the "L" shaped  xxxx , the Base, and the Fan Head. Insert the neck of the Fan Head into the recess in the top of the Base. Flip it over and insert the threaded part of the "L"  xxxx  through the hole in the bottom of the base. Tighten the  xxxx  securely.

2. Next, assemble the Safety Grille and Fan Blade. Remove the 4 screws from the motorhead assembly. Fit the rear safety grille into position with the handle on the back of the grille at the top. Refit the 4 screws and tighten them. Remove the protective plastic sleeve from the motor spindle shaft if it is present. Rotate the motor spindle shaft until the "flat" surface is facing up. Slide the fan blade onto the spindle shaft, aligning the  xxxx  with the "flat" surface on the spindle shaft. Push it on until the end of the spindle shaft is flush with the end of the fan blade hole, then tighten the  xxxx .

3. Open all locking clips on the sides of the rear safety grille. Place the safety grille into position by lining up the slot in the location plate over the top of the rear grille and over the wire spoke. Push it down and secure the grille by closing the clips over the outer rim. Use the small nut and bolt at the bottom of the grilles to lock the two grilles together.
