To assemble the Meister EF600M Slab and Tile Cutter, follow these steps:
1. Assembling the splitting wedge:
- Loosen the clamping screws of the pre-assembled splitting wedge.
- Slide the splitting wedge support foot into the clamping screws.
- Tighten the clamping screws.
2. Adjusting the splitting wedge:
- Align the splitting wedge with the cutting disc.
- If necessary, loosen the screws and adjust the position of the splitting wedge.
3. Assembling the stop:
- Attach the parallel stop to the support table by tightening the locking xxxx on both sides.
- Make sure the stop is parallel to the direction of the blade.
4. Mounting the cutting disc:
- Remove the water tank and loosen the screws of the plastic cover.
- Remove the outer flange and spindle nut.
- Slide the cutting disc over the spindle, ensuring the arrow on the cutting disc points in the same direction of rotation as the arrow on the metal plate near the spindle.
- Slide the flange over the cutting disc and xxxx the spindle nut onto the spindle.
- Slide the plastic cover over the cutting disc and tighten the screws.
To adjust the Meister EF600M Slab and Tile Cutter, follow these steps:
1. Parallel stop:
- Set the desired distance to the cutting disc using the scale on the support table.
2. Angle stop:
- Guide the angle stop along the parallel stop with the tile inserted for diagonal cuts.
3. Mitre adjustment:
- Loosen the two set screws for mitre adjustment.
- Adjust the mitre to the desired angle.
- Tighten the locking screws.
