To install the SIM and SD card on your Infinix Mobility HOT 12 PLAY, please follow these steps:
1. Power off your mobile phone.
2. Locate the SIM and SD card slot on the phone. The slot is usually located on the side of the device.
3. Use a SIM ejector tool or a small paperclip to gently push into the small hole next to the slot. This will eject the SIM and SD card tray.
4. Carefully remove the tray from the phone.
5. Place your SIM card(s) into the appropriate slot(s) on the tray. Make sure the gold contacts on the SIM card are facing downwards.
6. If you have an SD card, insert it into the dedicated slot on the tray.
7. Once the SIM and SD card(s) are properly inserted, gently push the tray back into the phone until it clicks into place.
8. Power on your phone and it should recognize the SIM card(s) and SD card.
