To properly install the STRANDS 809178 Siberia DRH 22 Inch LED Bar, please follow the instructions provided in the user manual. Here is a step-by-step guide:
1. Read the entire user manual and study the diagrams before starting the installation process.
2. Check with state or local authorities to ensure compliance with laws governing usage and proper mounting of the LED bar.
3. Take care of your product by keeping it clean. Use lukewarm water and alkaline degreasing to clean the lens and heat-sink. Follow the degreasing instructions carefully and rinse off gently with cold or lukewarm water on low pressure.
4. Avoid using strong chemicals on the product as they can damage the sealing adhesives and compromise the product's waterproofness. If strong chemicals accidentally come into contact with the product, rinse it off immediately with plenty of water.
5. Do not use high water pressure close up on the product as it may cause water to enter and damage the LED bar.
6. If the LED bar has a contact/connector, do not cut it, as doing so will void the warranty.
7. Tighten screws and bolts securely to prevent them from loosening or chafing. However, be careful not to overtighten and break the protective bearings on the product.
8. Ensure that you do not exceed the voltage specified in the product description. Using higher volts than recommended can damage the LED bar.
9. After turning off the lamp, do not remove or touch the lens or casing for at least 60 minutes, as the light may still be hot.
