To adjust the headband on the SILVA Trail Runner Free Headlight, follow these steps:
1. Locate the elastic headband with anti-slip silicone on the inside.
2. Move the two sliding buckles on each side of the headband to adjust the fit.
3. Slide the buckles to make the headband tighter or looser, depending on your preference.
4. Ensure that the headband fits comfortably on your head and stays in place during activities such as running.
