To connect your TCL LINKZONE Router 5G UW to the internet, you have two options: wired connection or wireless connection.
For a wired connection:
1. Connect the LINKZONE to your computer using the provided USB-C cable.
OR
2. Connect one end of an Ethernet cable into the LAN port on the side of the LINKZONE and the other end to your computer.
For a wireless connection:
1. Tap "Wi-Fi Name/Password" on the LINKZONE Home Screen.
2. Open the Settings on your wireless device and turn on Wi-Fi.
3. Select the network name (SSID) and enter the password. Your device will connect to the wireless network.
Alternatively, you can use the QR code method:
1. From the network settings on your smartphone, tap on the scanner icon next to the password field.
2. Scan the QR code displayed on the LINKZONE screen. Your device will automatically connect to the wireless network.
Note: The Wi-Fi name and default passwords are also printed on the label underneath the battery of your LINKZONE.
For more advanced settings and management of your LINKZONE network, you can access the Admin website by opening a web browser on the connected device and logging in to http://my.mobilehotspot. The Admin website and login password can be found on the label underneath the battery of your LINKZONE.
You can also use the TCL Connect App to control your TCL LINKZONE 5G UW. Download the TCL Connect App from Google Play (for Android) or the App Store (for iOS). Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the login process and use the app to change settings, monitor usage, and control your LINKZONE.
