To winterize your KAERCHER HDS 5.0/30 Ed Heater Water Generator, follow these steps:
1. Stop the pressure washer and squeeze the spray gun trigger to release pressure.
2. Detach the water supply hose and high-pressure hose.
3. Turn on the machine for a few seconds to allow any remaining water to exit. Turn the engine off immediately.
4. Drain the gas and oil from the engine.
5. Do not allow the high-pressure hose to become kinked.
6. Store the machine and accessories in a room that does not reach freezing temperatures.
It is important to note that freezing temperatures can cause permanent damage to the pump, so it is crucial to follow these steps to prevent any issues.
