To set the battery type on the DOMETIC GP-PWM-30-FM-DL solar controller, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the "B" button for 5 seconds under the battery voltage interface.
2. When the battery type interface starts flashing, press the "A" button.
3. Use the "B" button to scroll through the available battery types: sealed, gel, flooded, lithium 1, and lithium 2.
4. Once the desired battery type is displayed, press the "B" button to confirm the selection.
Please refer to the BATTERY CHARGING PROFILE CHART in the manual for the specific voltage settings for each battery type.
Note: If you are using a lithium battery, make sure it is a lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery with a Battery Management System (BMS). Other lithium chemistries are not compatible with this solar controller.
