To adjust the fan speed on the TORRAS L3 Pro Wearable Air Conditioner, follow these steps:
1. Take out the fan and wear it around your neck.
2. Make sure the fan is in the power-off state.
3. Press the switch button to turn on the fan. The default wind speed is the first gear.
4. Press the switch button again to switch to the second gear wind speed.
5. Press the switch button a third time to switch to the third gear wind speed.
6. Press the switch button a fourth time to shut down the fan.
The power indicator lights on the fan will show the battery level during the fan operation. The lights will turn off when the fan is turned off.
Please note that the actual wind speed may vary depending on the product and other factors.
