To pair the SOUNDPEATS TrueCapsule Earbuds with your device, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the charging case is powered on.
2. Take out both the left and right earbuds from the charging case at the same time. The earbuds will enter TWS Pairing mode automatically.
3. Wait for a voice prompt indicating that the left and right earbuds have connected to each other successfully.
4. The indicator of the left earbud will turn off, and the indicator of the right earbud will start flashing alternately in red and white with a voice prompt saying "pairing," indicating that it is in pairing mode.
5. On your device, go to the Bluetooth settings and search for available devices.
6. "SOUNDPEATS TrueCapsule" will show up on the Bluetooth list. Click on it to connect.
7. You will hear a voice prompt saying "connected" from the right earbud when the earbuds have successfully connected to your device.
Note: The SOUNDPEATS TrueCapsule Earbuds can remember previously paired devices. When you want to reconnect, simply activate the Bluetooth on your device and take out both earbuds from the charging case. They will connect to each other and automatically reconnect to your device. If the earbuds do not automatically connect, activate the Bluetooth on your device and select "SOUNDPEATS TrueCapsule" from the Bluetooth list.
If you encounter any issues with pairing, you can perform a factory reset by following these steps:
1. Clear the pairing record between the earbuds and all your devices.
2. Place both earbuds back into the charging case and ensure they are in charging status.
3. Press and hold the multifunction button of both earbuds for 10 seconds until the LED light of both earbuds flashes white twice.
