Cleaning the Fisher Paykel RDV2-486GD-N-N Dual Fuel Range is easy. The oven has a self-cleaning function, which means it can clean itself using high heat to burn off any food residue or grease. To use the self-cleaning function, follow these steps:
1. Remove all racks and accessories from the oven.
2. Close the oven door.
3. Press the "Self Clean" button on the control panel.
4. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the desired cleaning time. The recommended cleaning time is 3 hours.
5. Press the "Start" button to begin the self-cleaning cycle.
6. The oven will lock the door and heat up to a high temperature to burn off any food residue.
7. After the cleaning cycle is complete, the oven will cool down and unlock the door. It is important to wait for the oven to cool down before opening the door.
8. Once the oven is cool, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe away any remaining ash or residue.
