To install the SANUS 051WSSAFM1 Soundbar Mount for Sonos Ray, follow these steps:
1. Before starting, ensure that your TV, soundbar, soundbar mount, and any accessories do not exceed the specified weight limit of your TV or TV wall mount. Refer to the documentation that came with your soundbar, TV, and TV wall mount for additional guidance.
2. Make sure your TV mount's interface bracket does not include built-in/integrated spacers or have mounting holes/slots greater than 11mm [.43 in.]. If it does, you cannot use this product.
3. Ensure that your wall is capable of supporting five times the weight of your TV, TV mount, and soundbar combined if you have a wall-mounted TV.
4. Gather the necessary tools, including a TV stand or wall mount.
5. Verify that all parts included in the package are undamaged and accounted for. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact customer service.
6. Adjust the soundbar mount to match your TV's VESA hole pattern. Position the soundbar brackets as vertically as possible.
7. Install the Sonos Ray soundbar onto the mount brackets.
8. Use the appropriate TV interface screws to attach the soundbar mount to your TV. Ensure adequate thread engagement and use any spacers or adapters provided with your TV if necessary.
9. Adjust the soundbar bracket holes as needed to position the soundbar to your desired location.
10. Tighten all connections, but be careful not to over-tighten the screws to avoid deforming the washers.
11. Follow your TV wall mount installation manual to hang up the TV and Sonos Ray assembly.
12. Use the tilt knobs to adjust the soundbar mount to the desired location and then tighten using the included hex key.
