To replace the USB42CHD on your tractor, please follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the manual:
1. Before starting, make sure to remove power from the battery.
2. Locate the panel on the tractor that contains the 12V Power Receptacle.
3. The screws and bolts to remove the panel and gain access to the 12V Receptacle will be on the underside of the fender.
4. Once you have access to the underside of the panel, locate the 12V Power Receptacle and the 90-Degree 2-Pin Connector.
5. Remove the 90-Degree Connector.
6. Next, remove the plastic housing from the pins.
7. Take the provided 1-Pin Housings and add one housing to each pin.
8. To remove the old receptacle, squeeze the tabs on either side and push it through the panel.
9. Insert the USB42CHD into the panel and xxxx on the provided nut to complete the installation onto the panel. Make sure to attach the individual pins to the USB42CHD, with the red pin to (+) and the green pin to (-).
10. Before screwing the panel back into place, test the USB42CHD to ensure it is able to charge a phone or device.
