To check for firmware updates for your SUN GLOW SG Connector using the app, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your SG Connector unit is plugged in and in close range with the Wi-Fi router.
2. Log in to the SG Connector app using an account with sufficient administrative privileges.
3. Once logged in, navigate to the settings or preferences section of the app.
4. Look for an option or tab labeled "Firmware Updates" or something similar.
5. If there are any available updates for your SG Connector, you will see the new firmware version number displayed.
6. Click on the button provided to begin the update process.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the firmware update.
8. Once the update is finished, your SG Connector unit will no longer need to be in close range with the router and can be positioned freely.
Please note that each SG Connector unit should be updated individually, and it is important to ensure that you have a stable internet connection during the update process.
