1. Ensure that you have the necessary tools and equipment for installation, including appropriate cables and wiring accessories.
2. Before starting the installation, make sure to disconnect the power supply to the meter box.
3. Select a suitable location inside the meter box for installing the VC02SW switch. Ensure that there is enough space and clearance for proper operation.
4. Open the meter box cover and position the VC02SW switch in the desired location. The switch should be mounted securely using appropriate fixing screws.
5. Connect the incoming and outgoing cables to the switch terminals. The switch is designed to accommodate conductor sizes ranging from 16-35mm2. Use the twin cable clamps provided to secure the insulated and sheathed meter cables, reducing strain on the switch terminals.
6. Double-check all connections to ensure they are secure and properly tightened.
