To pair the VOXX HPTWS10A Wireless Earbuds with your smartphone, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the earbuds are fully charged by connecting them to a power source using the provided charging cable.
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone. Refer to your smartphone's user manual for instructions on how to do this.
3. Open the Bluetooth settings on your smartphone and search for available devices.
4. On the earbuds, press and hold the power button until the LED indicator starts flashing blue and red. This indicates that the earbuds are in pairing mode.
5. On your smartphone, you should see the "VOXX HPTWS10A" or a similar name in the list of available devices. Select it to initiate the pairing process.
6. If prompted, enter the PIN code "0000" to complete the pairing process.
7. Once the pairing is successful, the LED indicator on the earbuds will turn solid blue.
8. You should now be able to use the earbuds to listen to audio from your smartphone.
If the earbuds are still not connecting to your smartphone, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure that the earbuds are within the Bluetooth range of your smartphone (typically around 33 feet or 10 meters).
- Ensure that there are no other Bluetooth devices nearby that may be interfering with the pairing process.
- Restart both your smartphone and the earbuds, and then try pairing them again.
