To install the ABH MANUFACTURING EHD1803 Floor Mount Door Stop in a concrete floor, follow these steps:
1. Determine the location where you want to install the floor stop in the concrete floor. It is recommended to install it away from foot traffic if possible.
2. Drill a 1-1/4" wide hole in the concrete floor according to the depth provided for the rod.
3. After drilling the hole, clean out any dust or debris from the hole.
4. Fill the drilled hole with Wet Quick-Dry Cement, filling it approximately 60% full.
5. Push the floor stop into the wet cement all the way down, removing any excess cement that has pushed up from the hole. Make sure the floor stop is centered and vertical in the cement.
6. Allow the cement to dry completely before using the door stop. The drying time will vary depending on the instructions provided for the quick-dry cement.
