According to the instruction manual, the test result should be read after 10 minutes but not more than 20 minutes. After adding the specimen and buffer to the test cassette, start the timer and wait for the colored lines to appear. If a colored line develops in the control line region 'C' and another colored line develops in the test line region 'IgM' and/or 'IgG', it indicates a positive result. If only a colored line appears in the control line region 'C' and no lines appear in the test line regions 'IgM' and 'IgG', it indicates a negative result. If the control line 'C' fails to appear, the test is considered invalid and should be repeated with a new test cassette.
