To fill the water tank of the SILVERCREST SDR 1050 D1 Hand-Held Steam Cleaner, follow these steps:
1. Disconnect the power plug from the mains socket.
2. Open the safety valve slowly. Before fully opening, wait a few seconds until the steam stops hissing.
3. Use the measuring cup and the funnel provided to fill the water tank through the water inlet. The maximum fill capacity of the water tank is 250 ml. Do not exceed this limit.
4. Close the safety valve.
It is important to note that the water tank should only be filled with tap water or distilled water without any additives. If your tap water is hard, it is recommended to use distilled water. If your tap water is moderately hard, you can mix distilled water and tap water in a 1:1 ratio.
