To clean the Tesla IC400B Induction Cooker, follow these steps:
1. Ensure the unit is powered off and unplugged from the socket.
2. Wait for the surface to cool down before cleaning.
3. Use a clean, soft cloth and mild detergent to remove grease, dirt, and stains from the unit's surface.
4. Do not immerse the unit or power cord directly in water or any other liquid as it may damage the unit.
5. Regularly clean the fan in the air vent of the unit using a soft brush or cotton stick to remove any dirt or debris.
6. Avoid letting dirt get into the fan or other inner parts of the unit.
7. Make sure the plug is properly inserted into the socket to protect the unit from power surges.
8. Do not pull out the power cord directly during operation. Press the "On/Off" button first, then unplug the power cord.
9. The fan may continue to run to cool the heating plate even after the unit is powered off. It is recommended to remove the plug after the fan stops working.
10. If the unit is not going to be used for a long time, remove the plug from the socket.
11. Some models may have a structural design to prevent cockroaches from entering the unit. If needed, you can use mothballs or equivalent cockroach repellent to protect the unit.
