To clean the Steba DF 95 Mini Fryer with Fondue Set, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the appliance is unplugged and allow it to cool down before cleaning.
2. Remove the lid by pulling it straight up from the device.
3. Open the cover of the permanent filter in the lid and remove the filter. Clean the filter with warm soapy water, let it dry, and then put it back in place.
4. Remove the frying basket from the appliance.
5. Carefully pour the cold fat into a saucepan for disposal.
6. Clean the lid, basket, and device with warm water and commercially available washing-up liquid.
7. Dry all the parts thoroughly, making sure there is no water in the lid.
8. Do not use any harsh or abrasive cleaning agents.
9. Reassemble the device after cleaning.
It is important to clean the device thoroughly each time the fat is changed to maintain hygiene and prevent the formation of bacteria and mold. Remember to always unplug the appliance before cleaning and never immerse it in water.
