To assemble the G-TECH RB8 Clamp Kit, please follow these steps:
1. Start by gathering all the supplied parts: 4 flat washers, 4 spring washers, 4 hex nuts, 4 coachbolts (M8 x 90), 1 welded vee block assembly (90°), and 2 vee blocks.
2. Place one vee block on a suitable mounting surface, ensuring that the vee is facing upwards.
3. Take the welded vee block assembly and position it on top of the vee block, aligning the holes.
4. Insert one coachbolt through the holes of the welded vee block assembly and the vee block.
5. Place a flat washer onto the coachbolt, followed by a spring washer.
6. Thread a hex nut onto the coachbolt and tighten it securely using a suitable wrench or spanner.
7. Repeat steps 4-6 for the remaining three coachbolts, ensuring that the welded vee block assembly is securely fastened to the vee block.
8. Your G-TECH RB8 Clamp Kit is now assembled and ready for use.
