To insert the SIM and SD card into your TECNO Mobile POP 5 GO smartphone, please follow these steps:
1. Locate the SIM/SD card slot on your phone. It is usually located on the side or top of the device.
2. Use a SIM ejector tool or a small paperclip to gently push into the small hole next to the SIM/SD card slot. This will release the tray.
3. Pull out the tray from the slot using your fingers or the ejector tool.
4. Place the SIM card into the designated slot on the tray. Make sure the gold contacts on the SIM card are facing down and align with the contacts on the tray.
5. If you have an SD card, insert it into the designated slot on the tray. Make sure the gold contacts on the SD card are facing down.
6. Carefully reinsert the tray back into the SIM/SD card slot until it clicks into place.
7. Power on your phone and it should recognize the SIM card and SD card.
