To replace the keypad on the n-com SPCOM00000091 R3 with xxxx closure, please follow these steps:
1. Remove the N-Com system from the helmet as instructed in the manual.
2. Use a Torx screwdriver to remove the two screws of the plastic cover.
3. Take off the plastic cover and the rubber seal, passing it through the two fixing pins.
4. Lift up the two black hooks that hold down the keypad flex to allow its removal.
5. Insert the flex of the new keypad into the plastic clip.
6. Gently insert the keypad flex into its housing.
7. Lower the two black hooks to properly fix the keypad flex.
8. Insert the side rings of the keypad flex into the two fixing pins.
9. Reposition the rubber seal, ensuring it fits properly in its seat.
10. Reposition the plastic cover and gently tighten the two screws.
Important: Avoid pressing down on the keypad connector or electronic board to prevent damage. Tighten the screws evenly for proper closure of the plastic cover.
11. Reposition the N-Com system inside the helmet following the instructions in the manual.
