To replace the right cable (SPCOM00000032) on your N-Com system, please follow these steps:
1. Remove the N-Com system from the helmet: Refer to the instruction booklet that came with your N-Com system for detailed instructions on how to remove it from the helmet.
2. Open the e-box: Locate the e-box on the N-Com system (Fig. 1-2). Gently open the e-box to access the internal components.
3. Remove the electronic card: Carefully remove the electronic card from its place inside the e-box. Take note of its position and orientation for proper reinstallation.
4. Remove the wiring: Identify the wiring connected to the right cable (Fig. 3). Disconnect and remove the wiring from the electronic card.
5. Replace the wiring: Take the new wiring connector and position it in the counterpart on the electronic card, ensuring a secure connection.
6. Replace the electronic card: Carefully place the electronic card back into its original position inside the e-box.
7. Close the e-box: Close the e-box, ensuring it is securely fastened (Fig. 4-5). Make sure there are no loose parts or wires inside the e-box.
8. Reposition the N-Com system inside the helmet: Refer to the instruction booklet for guidance on how to properly reposition the N-Com system back into the helmet.
