To replace the battery in the n-com SPCOM00000048 Helmet Intercom System, please follow these steps:
1. Unscrew the xxxx at the back of the e-box MULTI.
2. Remove the cover by following the instructions and pictures provided in the user manual.
3. Lift the battery carefully, as it is attached to the circuit board through double-sided tape.
4. Disconnect the battery with special attention to the battery connector. Hold the fixed connector, which is soldered onto the circuit board, with one hand.
5. Remove the circuit board from its housing.
6. Replace the spare part by removing the seal from its housing.
7. Reposition the PCB, paying special attention to the 2 pegs.
8. Take a new battery and remove the sheets of double-sided tape.
9. Connect the battery to the connector soldered onto the PCB.
10. Place the battery as shown in the picture, ensuring it is as far away as possible from the component circled in the picture.
11. Close the cover, matching the holes for the connectors.
12. Fix the xxxx back on, taking care not to overtighten it to avoid damaging the component. If possible, use a torque screwdriver (0.5N/m).
