To clean the Candy CMW20SMW/CMW20SMB microwave oven, follow these steps:
1. Unplug the appliance from the power supply before cleaning.
2. Clean the cavity of the oven after using it with a slightly damp cloth.
3. Clean the accessories, such as the glass tray and turntable ring assembly, in soapy water.
4. Use a damp cloth to carefully clean the door frame, seal, and neighboring parts when they are dirty.
5. Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers to clean the oven door glass, as they can scratch the surface and cause the glass to shatter.
6. For easier cleaning of the cavity walls, you can place half a lemon in a bowl, add 300ml (1/2 pint) water, and heat on 100% microwave power for 10 minutes. Afterward, wipe the oven clean using a soft, dry cloth.
It is important to maintain the oven in a clean condition to avoid deterioration of the surface, which could adversely affect the lifespan of the appliance and potentially result in a hazardous situation.
