To connect the AC-AEX-RC-HUB Audio Centralizer to your audio source devices and audio output devices, please follow these steps:
1. Connect your audio source devices (such as DVD players, gaming consoles, etc.) to the audio inputs on the back of the AC-AEX-RC-HUB. You can use either the AEX Audio, RCA, or TOSLINK (optical) inputs depending on the type of audio signal you are using.
2. Connect your audio output devices (such as amplifiers, speakers, etc.) to the audio outputs on the back of the AC-AEX-RC-HUB. You can use either the RCA or TOSLINK (optical) outputs depending on the type of audio signal you want to output.
3. Connect the power port on the back of the AC-AEX-RC-HUB to a suitable power source using the supplied power cable.
4. If you want to control the AC-AEX-RC-HUB using RS-232 control, connect the RS-232 control port located on the rear panel to a computer or third-party control system using a 3-pin terminal block connector to DB9. Make sure to set the serial communications to Baud: 57600, no parity, 8 data bits, and 1 stop bit, with no handshaking.
5. If you want to control the AC-AEX-RC-HUB using IP control, connect the IP control port located on the rear panel to a LAN, router, or third-party control system using an 8-pin RJ-45 female connector.
Once you have made all the necessary connections, you can access the AC-AEX-RC-HUB's Web UI through a web browser to configure and control the device. You can also refer to the user manual for more information on accessing and navigating the Web UI.
Please note that it is important to follow all safety instructions and precautions mentioned in the user manual when installing and operating the AC-AEX-RC-HUB.
