To configure the Ewon Cosy+ for remote access to Ethernet devices using Talk2M, follow these steps:
1. Power on the Ewon Cosy+ and wait for the boot process to complete. The USR LED should be blinking green slowly.
2. Connect a LAN port (port #1) of the Ewon Cosy+ to your computer using an Ethernet cable.
3. Open an internet browser on your computer and enter the LAN IP address of the Ewon Cosy+ in the address bar. The default LAN IP address is 10.0.0.53.
4. You will be prompted to log in. The default login and password are both "adm". After logging in, you will be prompted to change the password for security reasons.
5. Once logged in, you can configure the Ewon Cosy+ using one of the following methods:
a. eCatcher Easy Setup: This method requires the use of a USB stick or SD card that holds a configuration file created inside eCatcher. More information on this method can be found in the "Connect an Ewon device to Talk2M" document.
b. Embedded Wizard Setup: If your Ewon Cosy+ hasn't been configured yet, a configuration wizard will be provided to set the basic settings and connect to the Talk2M environment.
c. Quick Start Guide: You can find a Quick Start Guide on the Ewon website that provides step-by-step instructions for configuring the Ewon Cosy+.
6. Follow the instructions provided in the chosen method to configure the Ewon Cosy+ for remote access to Ethernet devices using Talk2M. This includes setting up the Talk2M connection, configuring VPN settings, and specifying the devices you want to access remotely.
