To charge the Velleman ACC0502 Powerbank Car Charger, follow these steps:
1. Insert the plug into a cigarette lighter receptacle in your car or connect it to a powered USB port using the included USB cable.
2. The plug will start charging when all four energy LEDs are lit (blue).
Please note that when the device reaches the end of its life, it should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
