To assemble the ARDESTO MGL-1790R Electric Meat Grinder, follow these steps:
1. Press the fasten button and hold the head. Insert the head into the inlet, making sure it is slanted as indicated by the arrow on the top. Then, move the head anticlockwise to fasten it tightly.
2. Place the snake into the head, long end first, and turn to feed the xxxx slightly until it is set into the motor housing.
3. Place the cutting blade onto the snake shaft with the blade facing the front.
4. Place the desired cutting plate next to the cutting blade, fitting the protrusions into the slot.
5. Support or press the center of the cutting plate with one finger, then xxxx the fixing ring tight with another hand. Do not over tighten.
6. Place the hopper plate on the head and fix it into position.
7. Make sure to locate the unit on a firm place and keep the air passage at the bottom and the side of the motor housing free and not blocked.
