To clean and maintain the VITEK VT-2574 Hair Clipper, follow these steps:
1. Switch off and unplug the unit before cleaning.
2. Clean the blades from hair using the provided cleaning brush.
3. Wipe the accessories and the hair clipper body with a slightly wet cloth, and then dry them with a soft cloth.
4. Put the protective cover on the blades to prevent damage.
5. Do not immerse the hair clipper into water or other liquids.
6. Do not use solvents or abrasives for cleaning the hair clipper body.
7. Lubricate the blades after every haircut. Apply one to two drops of the provided lubricating oil on the teeth of the blades and the backside of the upper blade. Make sure the blades are moving smoothly.
8. Switch off the hair clipper, clean any excess oil with a dry cloth.
It is important to properly clean and maintain the hair clipper to ensure its longevity and optimal performance.
