To install the battery pack on the DEWALT DCF850 20V Max Brushless Cordless Impact Driver, align the battery pack with the rails inside the tool's handle and slide it into the handle until it is firmly seated. Make sure it does not disengage. To remove the battery pack, press the release button located on the tool handle and firmly pull the battery pack out. It is important to remove the battery pack before making any adjustments or removing/installing attachments or accessories. Always ensure the tool is turned off and the battery pack is removed before performing any maintenance or adjustments.
