To change the battery in your PHONAK Virto P90-312 NW O hearing aid, follow these steps:
1. Remove the new battery from its packaging and wait for two minutes. This allows the battery to activate fully.
2. Open the sticker from the battery door of your hearing aid.
3. Place the battery in the battery door with the "+" symbol facing upwards. Make sure it is inserted correctly.
4. If you find it difficult to close the battery door, double-check that the battery is inserted correctly with the "+" symbol facing upwards. If the battery is not inserted correctly, the hearing aid will not work, and the battery door may be damaged.
It is important to use the correct type of battery (zinc-air) for your hearing aid. Always have a new battery on hand, as you will hear two beeps when the battery is low, indicating that you have approximately 30 minutes to change the battery. The exact time may vary depending on the hearing aid settings and battery usage.
