Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the massage gun for 2.5 hours. The massager runs for approximately 4 hours on a full charge. To charge the device, plug the adapter into the charging port and the VOL indicator will indicate the battery level. When all 4 red lights are on, it means the battery is fully charged. After charging, unplug the AC adapter from the massager and from the electrical outlet. It is important to note that the massager is designed to work with the battery only and will not work when the AC adapter is connected.
