To adjust the height of the Graco 1852649 TableFit High Chair, please follow these steps:
1. Locate the height adjustment lever on the back of the high chair frame.
2. Lift the lever to unlock the height adjustment mechanism.
3. While holding the lever up, simultaneously lift or lower the seat to the desired height.
4. Release the lever to lock the seat in place at the chosen height.
